摘要
华安县是漳州市铁观音茶叶的主产区,年可采收五季,有"明前茶"和"冬片茶"两大特色。近几年来,华安县农业科技人员在茶叶质量安全控制方面做了大量有益的探索,并总结出从源头控制、宣传培训、绿色防控、清洁加工到监控预警等五个方面的控残经验,为全面提高华安铁观音品质起了积极的作用,对于做大做强华安茶叶产业,有着积极的现实意义。
Hua＇an in Zhangzhou is the main Tie-guanyin tea producing areas, which has tea harvested five times a year and main feature called ＂tea before Tomb-sweeping day＂ and ＂winterly tea＂. In recent years, the pollution source controlling, propaganda and training, integrated pest management, tea making with clean processing, monitoring and early warning of diseases and pests had explored beneficially by the Hua＇an agricultural science and technology personnel, both of these played a positive role in comprehensively improving the quality and safety of Hua＇an Tie Guan Yin, and had a positive and practical significance to help Hua＇an tea industry become bigger and stronger.
