高致病性猪蓝耳病和猪圆环病毒Ⅱ型病混合感染的诊断 被引量：1

摘要 重庆市一区县猪场2012年9月送来一头发病猪的病料,根据畜主叙述的临床症状及病理剖解变化,对此病料样品进行了高致病性猪蓝耳病病毒和猪圆环病毒Ⅱ型的检测。采用荧光PCR方法检测送检的肺脏、脾脏、肾脏、肝脏、淋巴结,结果在淋巴结中检出高致病性猪蓝耳病病毒;在脾脏和淋巴结中检出猪圆环病毒2型。
