摘要 以某钢厂蓄热式加热炉为研究对象,针对高温空气燃烧技术的应用和发展、计算流体力的理论和燃烧过程,根据生产实际参数,利用FLUENT软件采用湍流模型、耦合混合燃烧模型,进行数值模拟分析加热炉内的流场、温度场和燃烧产物的分布情况,分析得出同侧换向燃烧方式加热效果较好,并且炉内温度梯度平滑,具有较好的温度均匀性,氧气浓度较低,与现场实际数据进行对比,证明数值模拟的研究价值和适用性,并提出优化加热炉操作运行的可行性措施。 Using the regenerative heating furnace of one steel factory as the research object, in view of the high temperature air combustion technology development and application, the theory of computational fluid mechanics and burning process, according to the actual data of the industrial application, analysis the flow field of the heating furnace, the temperature field and the distribution of combustion products. The FLUENT software is used as the numerical simulation software, using the k-e model and coupling mixed burn model. It is concluded that crisscross the reversing combustion organization of billet heating furnace way effect is better, and furnace temperature is uniform, and the practical data from comparison proved that the numerical simulation research value and applicability, and put forward the feasibility of heating furnace operation optimization measures.
