摘要
肿瘤凋亡抑制因子IAP(Inhibitor of apoptosis protein)蛋白参与细胞凋亡、细胞内信号传导、细胞周期多种细胞功能。IAP家族有8个成员,cIAP-1是其中的重要成员之一,其主要功能是介导肿瘤坏死因子受体家族以发挥凋亡抑制作用以及通过直接结合于caspas-3和caspase-7,降解其凋亡作用的内源性细胞凋亡作用。近年来笔者对食道癌、宫颈癌、头颈部癌、舌鳞状细胞癌cIAP-1(Cellular inhibitor of apop-tosis protein 1)表达进行了相关报道,现将cIAP-1研究进展予以综述。
IAP proteins are involved in various cellular functions, including regulation of apoptosis, intracellular signal transduction, and cell cycle progression. The human genome contains eight IAP - encoding genes, one of which encodes cellular inhibitor of apoptosis protein 1 (cIAP- 1). This protein functions primarily in signaling mediated by several members of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor family, and as an endogenous inhibitor of apoptosis, it binds directly to caspase - 3 and - 7. Expression of cIAP- 1 in esophageal squamous cell carcinomas (SCC), cervical SCC, head and neck SCC and tongue SCC were have been reported.
