摘要
目的:观察采用热塑体膜加专用底板固定技术和单纯的真空垫固定技术对宫颈癌放疗患者近期疗效的影响。方法:收集我院2008年6月～2010年6月82例宫颈癌需放疗患者,随机分为两组,Ⅰ组41例使用热塑体膜加专用底板固定技术,Ⅱ组41例使用单纯真空垫固定技术。结果:近期疗效:Ⅰ组CR 30例(73.17%),PR 9例(21.95%),NC 2例(4.88%),有效率95.12%;Ⅱ组CR 18例(43.90%),PR 15例(36.59%),NC 8例(19.51%),有效率80.49%;Ⅰ组的有效率高于Ⅱ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组1年生存率均为100%,Ⅰ组2年生存率95.82%(39/41),Ⅱ组2年生存率80.49%(33/41)。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用热塑体膜加专用底板固定技术治疗宫颈癌效果优于单纯使用真空垫固定技术。
Objective： To observe the use of thermoplastic film with special plate fixation and simple vacuum pad fixing technology on cervical cancer radiotherapy in treatment of patients with. Methods： In our hospital from 2008--2010 year in June 82 cases of cervical cancer patients with radiotherapy, were randomly divided into two groups, group I 41 cases using a thermoplastic film with special plate fixation, 41 cases of group II uses a simple vacuum pad fixing technology. Results： The near future curative effect： group I CR in 30 cases （73.17 % ）, PR 9 cases（21.95 % ）, NC 2 cases（4.88 % ）, with an efficiency of 95.12 % ; group II CR in 18 cases（43.90% ）, PR 15 cases（36.59% ）, NC 8 cases（19.51% ）, was 80.49% in group I ; effective rate higher than group II , difference has statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）. Two groups of 1 year survival rate was 100 % in group I , 2 year survival rate was 95.82% （39/41）, group II 2 year survival rate was 80.49% （33/41）. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The use of thermoplastic film with special plate fixation in treatment of cervical cancer is better than simply using a vacuum pad fixing technology.
