The Introduction of Mediated Images onto the Stage:From Piscator to Svoboda

摘要 影像出现在戏剧创作中的历史将近百年。影像运用已成为舞台美术设计的潮流之一。本文通过分析将影像运用于戏剧舞台并做出卓越贡献的戏剧家皮斯卡托、布里安、斯沃博达的戏剧实践,梳理戏剧创作中影像的发展脉络。 The nearly century-old practice of the integration of film and stage has become a trend in stage design. This paper analyzes the experience of several outstanding dramatists, including Erwin Piscator, Emil Franti^ek Burian and Josef Svoboda, in their integration of film and stage, and summarizes the development of image in dramatic productions. In the research on how the artists effectively combine image and dramatic performances, the impact of image on traditional theatre gradually becomes self evident-the space-time transition more flexible, the narrative pace more rhythmic, the image fuller, more poetic, and the interpretation of audience more liberal. The reference to the adoption of image in drama history is to draw inspiration from the valuable experience for the present drama productions in China.
