摘要
介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司炼油装置加热炉热效率的检测方法和运行水平,从热效率反平衡检测法的4项损失来论述提高加热炉热效率的相应技术。认为在当前技术条件下,中国石化炼油装置加热炉排烟损失努力目标设定为4%比较合适,散热损失及其它2项损失可以控制在2.5%以内,炼油加热炉热效率的远期目标为93.5%。
The efficiency testing method and operation level of heating furnaces in SINOPEC refining plants were introduced, technologies for improving thermal efficiency of heating furnaces were discussed in aspect of the 4 items of loss in counter balancing method for thermal efficiency. This paper holds that under the current technology conditions, it is appropriate to set the target of eject smoke loss at 4%, and control incomplete combustion loss and the other two kinds of loss to be lower than 2. 5 %, and the long-term target of thermal efficiencv of refining furnace, is 93.5%
