摘要
目的 评价急性肾创伤的CT诊断价值。方法 对14例急性肾创伤患者作CT平扫,其中5例加作CT增强扫描。结果 14例中肾单纯 包膜下血肿8例(其中2例合并肾不全撕裂),肾内血肿1例,肾周血肿2例,另1例肾内血肿合并肾周血肿。结论 CT是显示急性肾创伤特征、范围以及分型的一种有效方法,可以帮助外科医师选择治疗手段。
Purpose To explore the CT diagnostic value in acute renal trauma(ART) .Methods 14 cases of ART were undertaken conventional CT scanning,5 of them were contrasted. Result Subcapsular hematoma were found in 8 cases,2 of which with uncoplete renal laceration, renal hematoma in 1 case and perirenal hematoma in 2 cases. Conclusion CT scanning can display the characterization and ranges of ART, and help the surgeons for selecting a good surgical approach.
