摘要
目的 本研究对异舒吉针剂治疗老年人充血性心力衰竭的疗效进行临床观察，并与氨力农及两药联合应用比较，旨在选择一种疗效优、副作用少的给药方法。方法 随机将１２０例老年充血性心衰患者分三组，异舒吉组、氨力农组、 异舒吉与氨力农联合治疗组，经７天一疗程治疗。结果 三组患者症状均有不同程度的缓解，心功能亦有不同程度的改善，三组总有效率分别为７２．５％、８５．０％、９２．５％联合治疗组总有效率明显高于前二组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论两药联合治疗心衰的效果优于单一用药。
Objectives This study observed and compared curative effect of treating congestive heart falure by isoket, amrinone and combined treatment, in order to choose a more effective and less side effect administration. Methods 120 cases of congestive heart failure patients are divided by three groups randomly, of which is isoket, amrinone and combined treatment. And they all received treatment for seven days. Results The symptoms of these three group patients all have been resolved in different degree, and cardiac function have been improved separately. Efficacy of different group is 72 .5 %, 85 .0%, 92 .5%. Effect of combined treatment group is much more higher than other groups. (P < 0. 05). Conclusions Effects of combined treatment are superior to single treatment.
