摘要
目的 探讨老年糖尿病合并冠心病患者的脂质代谢特点及其临床意义。方法 对照分析３６例老年糖尿病合并冠心病患者（观察组）与３６例无糖尿病的老年冠心病患者（对照组）的ＴＣ、ＴＧ及ＨＤＬ－Ｃ、ＬＤＬ－Ｃ水平。结果 观察组较对照组患者ＴＧ的平均水平与高ＴＧ的检出率显著增高（Ｐ＜O．０１）；ＨＤＬ－Ｃ的平均水平显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０１），低ＨＤＬ－Ｃ的检出率显著增高（Ｐ＜０．０５）；高ＴＧ合并低ＨＤＬ－Ｃ的检出率显著增高（Ｐ<０.０５）。结论 老年糖尿病合并冠心病患者较无糖尿病老年冠心病患者存有严重的脂质代谢紊乱，不仅是冠心病的易患因素，亦是其预后不良的危险因素。
Objective To study the lipid metabolic feature and clinical meaning in elderly diabetes patients with CHD. Methods Analysis of TG, TC, HDL - C and LDL-C in 36 cases of elderly diabetes patients with CHD (the observed group) was carried out with CHD patients without diabetes as the control group. Results In the observed group, compared with the control group, the average level and abnormality rate of TG were obviously higher (both P ＜ 0 .01 ), the average level of HDL - C markedly decreased (P ＜ 0 .01 ), the abnormality rate of HDL - C increased (P ＜ 0 .05), and the TG plus HDL - C increased too (P ＜ 0 .05). Conclusions More severe lipid matebolic disturbance was observed in elderly diabetes patients with CHD than that in those non - diabetes CHD patients, it may be the pathogenic factor of CHD and also a warning for poor prognosis.
