摘要
目的 调查上海市区老年人代谢综合征及有关疾病的患病情况。方法 采用多级分层随机抽样的流行病学调查方法进行问卷调查，所有调查均接受７５ｇ葡萄糖耐量试验，并进行血糖、血脂、血粘度、肌酐、尿酸、ＢＭＩ、血压、心电图测定。结果 上海华阳社区６０岁及以上老年人中糖尿病、糖耐量减退／空腹血糖减损、高血压、血脂紊乱、超重／肥胖及代谢综合征患病率分别为１９．０２％、１６．８３％、６２．０８％、８９．７３％、４４．２６％和２０．８７％。结论 上海城市社区老年人中，具有代谢综合征及相关疾病的高患病率，尤其见于超重／肥胖者。
Objective To investigate the prevalence of metabolic syndrome and its related diseases in Chinese aged over 60 years, in Huayang Community of Shanghai. Methods The cross-sectional survey, with multiple-stage and random sampling was performed. All subjects were given 75- gram oral glucose tolerance test. Plasma glucose, lipid-profile, viscosity, creatinine, urine acid, as well as body mass index, blood pressure and electrocardiogram were measured. Results The prevalence of diabetes, impaired glucose tolerance/impaired fasting glucose, hypertension, dyslipidemia, overweight/obesity and metabolic syndrome were 19. 02%, 16. 83 %,62 .08 %, 89 .73 %, 44. 26%, 20. 87 % respectively. Conclusions There were high prevalence of metabolic syndrome and its related diseases among Shanghai Chinese aged over 60 years, more evident in subjects with overweight or obese.
