摘要
为探讨补肾固表方治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的机理及其对免疫功能的影响 ,用小剂量氢化考的松制成肺肾两虚小鼠模型 ,随机分组 ,分别予补肾固表方、玉屏风散、核酪口服液、生理盐水灌胃。 2 8天后取胸腺 ,采集血液 ,测定胸腺指数、红细胞C3b受体花环率、红细胞免疫复合物花环率、血清IL -2。结果 :补肾固表方和玉屏风散均能明显提高模型小鼠胸腺指数 (P均 <0 .0 1) ,与正常组相比无明显差异 (P均 >0 .0 5 ) ,核酪口服液对小鼠胸腺指数影响不显著 (P >0 .0 5 )。补肾固表方能明显提高模型小鼠红细胞C3b受体花环率 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,与正常组相比无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。玉屏风散和核酪口服液虽然也能明显提高模型小鼠红细胞C3b受体花环率 ,但与正常组相比差异显著 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1)。三种药物对红细胞免疫复合物影响均不显著 (P均 >0 .0 5 )。补肾固表方能明显提高肺肾两虚小鼠的血清IL -2 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,玉屏风散和核酪口服液则对其无明显作用 (P均 >0 .0 5 )。实验结果提示补肾固表方能调节机体免疫功能 。
In order to explore mechanism of “Kidney-Tonifying and Exterior-Consolidating Formula” in treating repeated infection of the respiratory tract in infants and its influence on immunity, the mouse models with deficiency of the lung and liver created by small dose of hydrocortisone were randomly divided into the groups and treated with “Kidney-Tonifying and Exterior-Consolidating Formula” ?, “Jade Wind-Barrier Powder” ?, Nucleic Acid and Casein Hydrolysate Composite Oral Liquid ?, and stomach feeding of physiological saline. 28days later, thymus and blood were collected to determine thymus index, floral hoop rate of red cell C 3b receptor, floral hoop rate of red cell immune complex, and serum II-2. The results showed that ? and ? could obviously raise thymus index in the mouse model ( P <0.01) and there was no obvious difference in comparison of the normal group ( P >0.05), and that influence of ? on the mouse thymus was not significant ( P >0.05). ? could remarkably enhance the floral hoop rate of red cell C 3b receptor in the mouse model ( P <0.001) and there was no obvious difference ( P >0.05) in comparison of the normal group. ? and ? could obviously enhance the floral hoop rate of red cell C 3b receptor in the mouse model, but there was a significant difference ( P <0.05 or P <0.01) in comparison of the normal group. The influence of three medicines on red cell immune complex was not significant ( P >0.05). ? could obviously enhance serum IL-2 ( P <0.05) in the mouse with deficiency of the lung and kidney, but ? and ? did not have obvious function on it ( P >0.05). The experimental results indicate that “Kidney-Tonifying and Exterior-Consolidating Formula” can regulate immune function of the organism and restore its balance.
