摘要
为了研究五苓散方证的证治规律 ,通过从古今医案专著 11部、现代期刊 40余种中采集的 36 33例五苓散主治医案的统计分析 ,得出五苓散方证的主症为小便不利、呕逆、水肿、泄泻 ,舌质淡 ,苔白腻或薄白 ,脉沉或脉滑。其基本病机是三焦气化失司 ,水气内停 ;脾运不健是其病变之关键。
In order to study the diagnostic and therapeutic regularity of the prescription and pattern of “Poria Five Powder”, by statistic analysis of the case reports treated by “Poria Five Powder”, collected from 11 books on ancient and current case reports and over 40 journals of the modern times,the article concludes that the main symptoms in the prescription and pattern of “Poria Five Powder”are difficulty in urination,vomiting and regurgitation,edema,diarrhea,pale tongue,white and sticky or thin and white tongue coating,deep or slippery pulse,and that its basic pathogenesis is failure of qi-transforming function in Triple Energizer and internal retention of water,and that dysfunction in transportation ability of the spleen is a key issue in pathogenic change.The authors also researched and analyzed the relation between the regularity of main change.The authors also researched and analyzed the relation between the regularity of main drugs in prescription and pattern of “Poria Five Powder” and medical disease of the modern times.
