摘要
目的 探寻有效的口腔护理方法 ,取得更好的清洁口腔及洁牙效果。方法 随机对 5 3例有口腔护理适应症、意识清醒的患者 ,用纱球或棉球分别作左或右侧牙齿及口腔粘膜的清洁护理 ,并按同一标准进行效果评价。结果 5 3例患者 ,以纱球擦洗侧 ,效果好的为 42例 ,一般为 11例 ,差为 0例。以棉球擦洗侧 ,效果好为 13例 ,效果一般为 40例 ,差为 0例 ,两组效果比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 以纱球作口腔护理的清洁效果明显优于棉球的清洁效果。
Objective [WT6BZ]In order to obtain good effects of cleaning oral and teeth.[WT6HZ]Methods [WT6BZ]We chose conscious patients with the indications of oral nursing randomly,then used the gauze ball or the cotton ball in cleaning the left side or the right side of the patient′s teeth and oral mucous membrane, the effects were judged according to the same standard.[WT6HZ]Results [WT6BZ]Among 53 patients, in the side of nursing with gauze ball, there were good effects in 42 cases, general in 11, poor in 0.In the side of nursing with cotton ball, good effects in 13, geneal in 40, poor in 0.Significant defference was found in the cleaning effects between the two groups ( P <0.01). [WT6HZ]Conclusion The clearing effects of oral nursing with gauze ball is better than that with cotton ball. [WT6HZ]
