摘要
针对压水堆核动力装置自然循环工况下一回路冷却剂流量测量的难题,提出一种基于16Nγ噪声和相关分析的测量方法。完成测量系统的设计,研制16Nγ探测器、放大电路和信号处理装置样机。采用一种自适应脉冲响应函数与滑动平均滤波相结合的算法,解决常规互相关算法峰值不明显和容易出现干扰峰的问题,并对测量系统的误差进行分析。最后利用样机在某压水堆核动力装置上进行试验,给出了试验结果。
In order to measure the PWR coolant flow rate in natural circulation condition,a contact free flow rate measurement by correlation analysis of ^16Nγ fluctuations is put forward in this paper. The principle is explained, the design of the measurement system is presented. In practice, cross-correlation calculation tends to produce flat peak plateau or multiple peaks, leading to a significant error in peak detection. To overcome this problem, an auto-adaptive impulse response function (AAIRF)estimation technique is thus introduced in this paper. In addition, we show that more accurate results can be obtained if a moving-average-filter-based cross-correlation function is combined with AAIRF. The error of the measuring system is discussed and the result of the carried experiments is presented at last.
