摘要
西部大开发首当其冲的是黄河治理问题。文中论述了黄河流域的黄河治理、排灌事业、防止断流、节水农业四个问题。
The regulation of Yellow River is the first to be affected for the large scaled development of western China. Four topics related with the Yellow River Basin are discussed in the article, namely, control of Yellow River, irrigation and drainage business, preventing breakdown of flow, and water saving agriculture.
