摘要
分析了水资源可持续利用系统的目标参量 ,建立了水资源可持续利用的多目标分析评价核心模型 ,并给出多目标模型求解思路和方法 ,为水资源与经济关系的定量研究奠定了理论基础。应用该模型和算法 ,进行关中地区水资源可持续利用的实例研究 ,得出了不同水平年关中地区水资源利用与经济发展相协调的满意方案。研究成果对缺水地区的水资源与社会经济、生态环境的可持续发展研究具有参考和实用价值。
The paper analyzes objective parameter of water resources sustainable utilization systems and establishes water resources sustainable utilization multi objective analysis evaluated models, and puts forwards the thinking and method for a solution to the model with multi objective whereby laying a solid theoretical foundation for the quantitative study of water resources and economic system. The model and algorithm can be used to carry out the actual case study of sustainable utilization of water resources in Guanzhong region. Also, the satisfactory and coordinative scheme of water resources utilization and economic development at the different years of different levels in Guanzhong regions. The research achievements are of the reference and practical values to water resources and social economy and sustainable development of bioenvironment in the regions where there is shortage of water resources.
