交流电力测功机LabVIEW多线程防锁死的实现 被引量:1

摘要 交流电力测功机被广泛应用在汽车的动力测试、阻力模拟等系统中,设计了基于LabVIEW的CANOPEN网络的交流电力测功机测试系统,该网络节点主要有可编程直流电源模块DCS800,交流测功机变频器ACS800和整车控制器;为了解决CANOPEN网络上同一物理地址的DCS800与ACS800的并行运行过程中产生锁死的问题,采用LabVIEW中消息队列和状态机相结合的方法,解决CANOPEN网络上节点的竞争。电机效率MAP测试实验验证了该方法的可行性。 The AC electric dynamometer is widely used in vehicular powertrain test system, resistance simulation system and so on. AC electric dynamometer test system was designed based on LabVIEW and CANOPEN network. The network node consists of programmable DC power module DCS800, AC dynamometer frequency converter ACS800 and vehicle control unit. In order to solve the problem of deadlock owing to the parallel running of DCS800 and ACS800 in CANOPEN network with the same physical address, the message queue and state machine in LabVIEW were applied to solve the competition of node in CANOPEN network. The experiments of motor efficiency demon- strate the feasibility of this approach.
