摘要
冷却EGR(Cooler Exhaust Gas Recirculation)系统作为解决汽车尾气排放的净化措施,已成为国内外汽车发动机满足排放法规的必备装备。调查显示,很少有公司具有EGR冷却器性能测试实验台,即使已有的试验台,其中多半的测试手段和方法已相对落后。这里介绍一套自动化程度高、测量准确、操作简单、适用范围广的智能化EGR冷却器性能测试系统,对不同的EGR冷却器型式,通过简单的安装,可以在本实验台系统上得到该冷却器的一系列性能参数,由此可对冷却器的传热性能进行评价和比较。
As the solution to car emissions purification measures, Cooling EGR （Cooler Exhaust Gas Recirculation） system has become the domestic and foreign automobile engine emission regulations to meet the necessary equipment. However, the survey shows that there are few company has EGR cooler performance test bench, even if the existing test rig, much of the testing method has been relatively out-of-date. Weintroduce a high degree of automation, measurement accuracy, simple operation, wide range of intelligent EGR cooler performance test system, for different EGR cooler types.Through the simple installation, it can be in the test bench system get this cooler of a series of performance parameters, which can be used to heat transfer performance of the cooler for evaluation and comparison.
