摘要
介绍了一台重复频率 1~ 2 Hz、用等离子体断路开关和电感储能技术的脉冲强X射线源。距辐射靶 0 .5m处的峰值剂量率为 0 .2 5MGy/ s,1 m处的平均剂量率为 0 .1 5k Gy/ h,脉宽 ( FWHM)约为 1 0 0 ns。给出了装置构成、原理及初步调试结果。
A repetitive pulsed intense X ray source operating in 1 ~ 2Hz is described briefly. It is utilized the technology of repetitive plasma opening switch(RPOS) and Inductance Energy Storage. After RPOS opening swiftly, a high voltage pulse reaching ~ 3MV is imposed on the bremsstrahlung radiating source diode and produced a intense X ray pulse. The X ray pulse parameters as following: peak dose rate is 0.25MGy/s at 0 5m, average dose rate is 0.15kGy/h at 1m, full width of half magnitude is ~100ns. The configuration, priciple and preliminary results are given in this paper.
