摘要
介绍了二极管侧泵浦 Nd:YAG板条 1 k Hz重复频率 Q开关激光器的研制 ,实验获得最大单脉冲能量 0 .71 2 m J、脉宽小于 1 0 ns的输出。对 Nd:YAG板条进行了三种冷却方式的比较实验 ,实验证明 DPL在高重复频率工作时 ,激光介质的热效应是影响高重复频率工作的激光器效率的重要因素。
The diode laser side pumped 1kHz E O Q switched TEM 00 mode laser was studied in this paper. The single pulse energy of laser is 0.712mJ and 10ns pulse width. Using three type cooling Nd:YAG slab in the experiment, thermal effect in diode pumped Nd:YAG slab affect laser efficiency in high repetition rates operation of laser. The results obtained in this paper are applicable to the design of high power diode laser pumped laser system. [WT5”HZ]
