摘要
因带线材类等卷绕物的放卷张力会随卷径变化而变,甚至造成张力控制系统无法正常运行。为此,该文针对以磁粉制动器为执行器的控制对象,提出一种基于调节器输出信号与传感器检测信号的卷径观测器算法,进而利用卷径观测值对张力调节器的参数进行在线自整定。仿真验证了该方法的可行性。最后设计了以高性能嵌入式微处理器为核心的新型张力控制器技术实现方案。
The unwinding tension of the webs changes as the coil radius change, which may lead to the result that the system of tension controller can not run normally. The paper presents a coil radius observer arithmetic based on output signal of the regulator and detection signal of the sensor for the object, whose actuator is mag- netic powder brake, to accomplish the online parameter self-tuning of the tension regulator by using the value of the coil radius observer. The simulation results verify the feasibility of this method. Finally this paper pro- poses the technical implementation scheme with a high-performance embedded CPU.
