BNP联合CVP测定在心衰诊断中应用的临床意义 被引量：3

摘要 目的研究BNP联合CVP测定在心衰诊断方面的准确性和临床意义。方法选取我院246例患者,对其进行三BNP、CVP和传统的依据临床症状和辅助检查结果进行综合判断等三种心衰检测方法。以综合判断的结果为标准,对单独对BNP结果判断和BNP联合CVP测定结果判断进行对比以判断其检测效果。结果单纯BNP检测结果,诊断心衰患者例数为225例,阳性预测值为91.6%。BNP联合CVP检测,诊断心衰患者例数为208例,阳性预测值为99.1%。结论 BNP联合CVP检测比单纯BNP检测有更高的阳性预测值,值得在临床中推广。
