摘要
目的总结单孔法全胸腔镜交感神经干切断术治疗手汗症的临床经验。方法回顾性分析我院2010年1月～2012年12月单孔法全胸腔镜交感神经干切断术治疗手汗症的临床资料。结果 6例患者术后手汗症状均消失,手掌温度上升1℃～3℃,手部明显由湿转干,无代偿性多汗,无心律失常、Homer综合征等并发症发生。结论单孔法全胸腔镜交感神经干切断术是治疗手汗症的微创、安全、有效的方法。
Objective To summarize completely thoracoscopic sympathectomy with single port in treatment of palmar hyperhidrosis. Methods Retrospective analysis the clinical data in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2012 which completely thoracoscopic sympatheetomy with single port in treatment of palmar hyperhidrosis. Results The procedure was completed successful in all 6 patients without leading to compensatory hyperhidrosis,arrhythmias, Homer syndrome and other complications,the palm temperature increased 1℃-3 ℃ ,the hands obviously from wet to dry. Conclusion Completely thoracoseopie sympathectomy with single port is a minimally invasive treatment of palmar hyperhidrosis, a safty and effectivly method.
