摘要
概括介绍了有机无机杂化太阳能电池的结构、原理及制备方法,从无机材料的具体形态和有机材料种类的选择入手阐述其对电池整体转化效率的影响,探索了其他方法完善杂化电池性能的研究进展,指出了改进有机无机杂化太阳能电池性能的相关途径。
The structure and working mechanism of organic/inorganic hybrid solar cells, as well as the prepara- tion method, are briefly introduced. The influence of the specific form of inorganic materials and types of organic mate- rials on the integral transformation efficiency are reviewed,and the research progress on hybrid solar cells which per- formance improved by other methods are discovered. The research direction of improvement of organic/inorganic hy- brid battery performance is also pointed out.
