摘要
目的建立丹柴散结口服液的质量标准。方法采用HPLC法对丹柴散结口服液中丹酚酸B的含量进行测定。结果丹柴散结口服液中丹酚酸B的含量在0.0081～0.1628μg的范围内,有良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为98.76%,RSD为1.04%。结论建立了丹柴散结口服液的质量标准,该方法操作易行,稳定可靠,用于丹柴散结口服液中丹酚酸B的含量,可以用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish a standard for determination of paeoniflorin in DanChaisanjie mixture. Method Paeoniflorin in DanChaisanjie mixture by HPLC. Result The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0. 0081-0. 1628μg , r = 0. 9999. The average recovery of paeoniflorin was 98. 76 %and RSD was 1.04 %. Conaosion The method is simple ,sensitive and aeeurte and can be used to determine paeoniflorin in DanChaisanjie mixture and quality control of DanChaisanjie mixture.
