摘要
应用累积原理和镜像法建立了电弧热源为高斯分布、工件为有限 尺寸的三维焊接温度场解析表达式,并介绍了利用这个解析式和获取的正面温度场信息来推 断背面熔透的方法,通过试验验证了这个解析模型的有效性,为后续基于正面温度场信息进 行背面熔透成形的实时控制打下基础。
A three dimentional analytical model for heat c onduction in a plate of finite size with a Gaussian distributed moving heat sour ce,is obtained using the cumulation principle and the mirror method in arc weld ing,and a estimated method of back face penetration is introduced making use of the model and the measured top face information of temperature field.To prove th e validity of the model, a series of GTA bead on plate welding are perfomed on a medium carbon steel under various welding conditions ,the experimental result s show that this control model can provide acceptable accuracy,so the next penet ration control will be based on the model.
