时效时间对Fe-Mn-Si-Cr-Ni-C记忆合金回复应力的影响

摘要 本文研究了时效时间对Fe 1 4Mn 5Si 8Cr 4Ni 0 2C记忆合金回复应力的影响。实验结果表明 ,在 1 1 2 3K时效时 ,合金加热时产生的最大回复应力σh 随时效时间的增加而升高 ,在 30 0min时达到最大值 ,比固溶态提高了 1 0 2 % ;当时效时间大于30 0min后 ,时效时间的进一步增加对σh 没有影响。时效时间对合金加热后冷却到室温时回复应力σc 的影响规律与其对σh 的影响规律不同。σc 随时效时间的增加而增加 ,在 1 2 0min时达到最大值 ,比固溶态增加了 8MPa。当时效时间大于 1 80min后 ,σc将随时间的进一步增加而快速下降。 The effect of aging time on the recovery stress of Fe-14Mn-5Si-8Cr-4Ni-0.2C shape memory alloy has been studied.The results show that the maximum recovery stress σ h in heating increases as the aging time increased.A maximum value can be attained at 300 minutes,which is higher 102% than that of the specimen as solution.When the time is longer than 300 minutes,the further increase in time has little effect on σ h.The effect of aging time on the recovery stress σ c at room temperature after heating differs from σ h.When the time is less than 180 minutes,the recovery stress σ c will increase with an increase in aging time,and reach the maximum value,which is higher 8MPa than that of the specimen as solution.When the time is longer than 180 minutes,σ c will decrease appreciably with the further increase in time.
