摘要
本文通过显微组织观察和显微硬度检测 ,对气缸套网纹状硬化轨迹交叉点处的组织与硬度作了深入的研究分析。结果表明 :交叉点处的组织为二次加热淬火得到的隐针马氏体 ,其硬度高于其它硬化区。
ST5”BZ]The junction of two hardening trace on cylinder quenched by plasma beam is investigated in detail in this paper.The result shows that the micro-structure of junction area is super fine martensite and its hardness is higher than that in other quenched area.This is very important to the industrial use of cylinder with net shape quenching trace.
