摘要
本文首先论述了开发吉林省自学考试信息管理系统的必要性 ,然后针对该系统的设计思想及其软件开发平台的选择等问题进行了讨论。
This paper discusses the necessity of developing the self-educated examination information management system in jinlin province first then giues an argument on the desrgn and choice of the soft deuelopment desktop.
