摘要
通过对干燥过程的热力学分析 ,提出了一个采用空气为工质的闭式空气干燥循环 ,并分析了循环过程和工况参数变化对循环性能的影响。
Basing on the thermodynamic analysis of the drying process, a closed drying cycle which uses air as working fluid is proposed. Analysis of simulated results shows that both the moisture extraction rate(MER) and specific moisture extraction rate (SMER) of this cycle are high, which means that this cycle is efficent and energy-saving. The cycle can be operated at varying conditions, allowing for a single design to be utilized for various applications. Effects of different working conditions on the performance of the cycle are also discussed.
