摘要 防止局部失效的评定方法是新版ASMEⅧ-2规范的一个新特色,规范提供了弹性分析和弹-塑性分析两种方法。对这两种评定方法的基本原理和技术背景进了详细论述,以便在工程应用中正确实施。 Evaluation method against local failure is ASMEⅧ-2’s new feature where elastic analysis and elastic-plastic analysis have been provided.Both principle and technical background of this evaluation method were discussed in detail so as to properly execute it in practice.
