摘要
根据东洞庭湖湿地资源禀赋及社区参与生态旅游开发现状判断,东洞庭湖湿地社区居民依然处于被动参与阶段;构建社区参与生态旅游的开发模式成为环洞庭湖生态经济圈可持续发展的重要组成部分。本文从生态旅游规划、生态旅游管理和生态旅游利益分配三个角度构建东洞庭湖湿地生态旅游资源开发模式,并从制度与组织保障、教育和培训机制、法律三个路径分析了东洞庭湖湿地社区参与生态旅游开发的保障机制。
Judged from the resources of the East Dongting Lake Wetland and the status of community participation in ecotourism, the East Dongting Lake Wetland community residents stay in passive participation, and to construct the development mode of com- munity participation in ecotourism becomes a key component of sustainable development of the Pan-Dongting Lake Economic Circle. This paper constructs the ecological development mode of the East Dongting Lake Wetland from ecotourism planning, ecotourism management and ecotourism benefit distribution, and analyses the ecotourism development guarantee mechanism from system and organization guarantee, education and training mechanism and law.
