摘要
对沥青混凝土的切削过程采用离散元软件PFC2D进行动态仿真,对沥青混凝土内部的各作用力用接触粘结模型进行模拟,然后通过计算和分析建立试验参数、模型参数及模型微观参数之间的联系,再通过单轴压缩试验校正模型参数。在不同的切削前角γ0、铣削速度vc、进给速度vf和切削深度th的铣削条件下,采用单因素法和正交试验的方法对刀具的受力进行研究,由正交表分析模拟结果得到刀具前角γ0为+5°、切削速度vc为15 m/min、进给速度vf为1.32 m/min和铣削深度th为20 mm时为最优铣削条件,此时铣刀受到的铣削力相对较小。
This paper studies the dynamic simulation of the cutting process of asphalt concrete based on the discrete element software PFC2D. The simulation for inner force of the asphalt concrete is based on contact bonding model. The relationship among testing parameters, model parameters and micro model parameters is established through calculation and analysis. The model parameters are corrected by uniaxial compression testing. The milling cutter's forces under different rake angle To, cutting speed vc, feed speed vf and cutting depth thare discussed by using single factor analysis method and orthogonal test method. The conclusion of the simulation is resulted from orthogonal table that the best milling condition is rake angle Y0 +5°, cutting speedvc 15 m/rain, feed speed vf 1.32 m/rain and cutting depth th20 mm. In such a case, the milling force is relatively small.
