摘要
目的:研究超临界CO2萃取金桔中柠檬烯的最佳工艺条件。方法:采用正交试验设计筛选金桔中柠檬烯的提取工艺,并用GC法对挥发油中的柠檬烯进行含量测定。结果:最佳萃取工艺条件为:萃取温度30℃,萃取压力200 bar,萃取时间4 h,萃取率为16.46 mg/g。结论:采用超临界CO2萃取金桔中柠檬烯,操作简便,收率高。
Objective : To study the best technology of the limonene in kumquat by Supercritical CO2 Fluid. Method: By orthogonal test designing, the best extraction technology of limonene in kumquat was screened, and by GC the content about the limonene in essential oil was tested. Result: The best extraction technology conditions: extraction temperature : 30 ℃, extraction pressure: 200 bar ; extraction time: 4h; extraction rate: 16.46 mg/g. Conclusion:The supercritical CO2 extraction limonene in the kumquat is simple on the operation and high yield.
