摘要
目的观察丁苯肽对急性脑梗死患者血浆神经肽y的影响。方法 82例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,在常规治疗下治疗组再给予丁苯肽注射液,疗程为14天,观察两组临床疗效和血浆神经肽y的含量。结果治疗组能显著降低急性脑梗死血浆神经肽y的含量。结论丁苯肽注射液能降低急性脑梗死患者血浆神经肽y的含量,治疗效果显著。
Objective To observe the effects of butylphthalide injection on plasma neuropeptide y of acute cerebral infarction. Methods Eighty-two patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Based on the routine treatment, the treatment group was added butylphthalide injection, and 14 days were considered as one course of treatment. The clinical effects and contents of plasma neuropeptide y of 2 groups were observed. Result The content of plasma neuropeptide y reduced obviously in treatment group. Conclusion Butylphthalide injection can reduce the content of plasma neuropeptide y of acute cerebral infarction, and the therapeutic effect is effective.
