摘要
基于层次分析法建立城市火灾风险评价指标体系,通过专家分组打分、构造判断矩阵并通过自编程序计算得出各指标的权重,依据各指标的权重大小可对城市火灾风险进行评估.该方法提高了城市火灾风险评价的合理性和科学性,可为城市管理者提供决策依据.
In order to solve the problem of quantitative evaluating urban fire risk factors, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method was adopted to establish the fire risk index system. Experts were divided into several groups, and every group gave grade for every index. Then the judgment matrix was constructed, and the rights of various indexes were calculated by a program edited by the author. The application of AHP in evaluation of ur- ban fire risk shows that the method can ensure the rationality gnd scientificalness of urban fire evaluation, pro- vide a decision-making basis for city managers.
