摘要
随着低碳经济的发展,一些发达国家借此推行"碳壁垒"的贸易保护主义,对山东外贸发展带来不利影响。山东外贸增长方式具有粗放、高碳的特点,必须采取措施,降低产业中间链的碳排放,扶持低碳新兴产业发展,推动加工贸易转型升级,推进贸易市场多元化,以使山东外贸出口产品符合资源、环保等方面的国际标准,增强其国际竞争力。
With the development of low-carbon economy, some developed countries took ＂carbon barrier＂ to implement trade protectionism, which adversely affected the development of foreign trade in Shandong. Shandong foreign trade growth is extensive, and with the characteristics of high-carbon, so it is very necessary to take actions to reduce carbon emissions of industry chain, support the development of low carbon of new industries to push forward the transformation and upgrading of processing trade and the diversification of trade market, thus we can make Shandong foreign trade be in line with the international standards of resources, environmental protection and so on to enhance its international competitiveness.
