摘要
目的:了解我院抗肿瘤中成药的应用现状,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:回顾性调取我院药库药品信息数据库2009-2011年抗肿瘤中成药消耗的相关数据信息,对年销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日用药金额(DDC)进行统计分析。结果:2009-2011年我院抗肿瘤中成药的销售金额呈逐年快速上升趋势,其中口服制剂有更快的增长,口服剂DDDs高于注射剂。口服中成药中,颗粒剂的销售额明显低于其它剂型。注射剂中成药中,艾迪注射液销售额居首,康莱特、香菇多糖的DDC较高而DDDs较低。注射剂中华蟾素DDC最低,但不良反应限制了其销售金额及DDDs的增长。我院院内制剂癌理通膏,疗效可靠,DDDs高,而价格定位不高,社会效益好。结论:我院抗肿瘤中成药的应用做到了科学合理用药。
OBJECTIVE： To investigate the utilization of Antitumor Drugs of Chinese Patent Medicines（CPMs） in our hospital for refer- ences of rational drug use in clinic. METHODS： Data regarding the use of CPMs in our hospital during the period 2009-2011 were re- trieved,and the annual consumption sum,DDDs,daily consumption sum were analyzed. RESULTS： The consumption quantity of CPMs in our hospital during 2009-2011 showed a fast upward trend.The consumption quantity of oral formulary Medicines rised more quickly than injections.DDDs of oral formulary Medicines was higher than injections.The consumption quantity of drug granules was lower than the other dosage form of oral formulary Medicines.The consumption quantity of Aidi injection was the toppest in CPMs injection.DDC of Kanlaite injection and Xiangguduotan injection was high but their DDDs was low. DDC of Huachangsu injection was low,but the in- crease of its consumption and DDDs was restricted by adverse reaction. Ailitong mastic was a preparation made by our hospital which cu- rative effect was reliable and has a good social benefit.CON CLUSION： The use of CPMs in our hospital was rational.
