乙二胺四乙酸依赖的假性血小板减少症一例

摘要 1病例介绍患者男，76岁，因“反复咳嗽、咯痰、喘息50年，复发加重3＋d”入院。患者被诊断为慢性阻塞性肺疾病多年，冬季常反复。查体：体温36．4℃，脉搏68次／min，呼吸20次／min，血压116／74mmHg（1mmHg=0．133kPa）。
