摘要
城市空间拓展是一个由多系统相互作用而形成的复杂过程。为有效减小决策过程中的主观性和不确定性,为类似问题提供一种较科学的解决途径,文章以四川省开江县为例,阐述了基于三标度法的AHP法的五个应用步骤,即分析问题、建立递阶层次结构模型、构造判断矩阵及计算相对权重、赋值评价及总值测算、空间发展方向决策及验证。通过分析,指出城市空间拓展的关键步骤是构造判断矩阵,通过分层次计算相对权重来确定所有指标因素相对于总指标的相对权重,进而判断开江县城市空间发展方向。经过验证,基于三标度法的AHP法可以有效判断城市空间发展方向,是一种可操作性强、较科学的方法。
The expansion of urban space is a complex process formed out of the interactions of multi-systems. In order to effectively reduce the subjectivity and uncertainty in its decision-making process and provide a more scientific way to solve similar problems, this paper clarified the five application steps of the AHP method based on the three scale by taking Kaijiang County, Sichuan Province as an example： analyzing the problems, creating a hierarchical structure model, constructing judgment matrices and calculating relative weight, grading and accounting gross, and verifying the directions of spatial development decisions. The key step was to construct judgment matrices, to determine the relative weight of all indicators factors relative to the total indexes by calculating relative weight on different levels, and thus estimate the urban spatial development directions of Kaijiang County. It was proved that the AHP method based on the three-scale method could estimate the development directions of urban space effectively and it was a practical operable and more scientific method.
