摘要 头颈部腺样囊性癌（adenoid cystic carcinoma，ACC）极易侵袭神经并循神经扩展．镜下常可见神经周围间隙甚至神经纤维内有肿瘤细胞侵犯．从而被描述为头颈部最具破坏性和不可预见性的肿瘤之一。目前临床上多以手术治疗为主．术后辅助局部放疗进行综合治疗。外照射辅助放疗虽已被广泛采用，但由于顾忌放射性损伤，其使用剂量受限．而使临床疗效受到严重影响。近年来的基础和应用研究证实．应用瑙I粒子植入治疗头颈部ACC．取得了相当有应用前景的结果。
