脑干海绵状血管瘤的手术治疗进展 被引量：5

摘要 脑干海绵状血管瘤是脑干出血最常见的病因之一，占颅内海绵状血管瘤的9％-35％，因其病变深在，且周围毗邻锥体束、脑神经核团等重要脑功能结构，脑干海绵状血管瘤切除术一直是神经外科的难点之一^[1]。本文就脑干海绵状血管瘤的手术相关问题进行综述。
