腹腔镜胆总管探查一期缝合的临床应用 被引量：5

摘要 随着腹腔镜技术的发展和普及，许多开放性手术已经逐渐被微创的腹腔镜手术所代替，腹腔镜微创治疗胆总管结石进入了发展期并广泛应用于临床。我们采用腹腔镜胆总管探查取石后行一期缝合胆总管67例，取得满意疗效。
