摘要
通过电磁搅拌的AZ91D镁合金液与通有循环冷却水的铜管间的热交换,控制金属液冷却凝固过程中的热焓平衡,制备了半固态流变成形浆料。将所制得的半固态浆料进行金属型浇注及压铸试验,并与传统电磁搅拌试验获取的试样进行对比,观察并分析其金相组织。结果表明,热焓平衡旋转电磁场装置作用下的金属液温度降至液-固两相区内,在金属液内瞬间产生了大量晶核,这样的金属型铸件及压铸件微观组织呈现球形晶及等轴晶形貌。
With the help of the heat exchange between copper tube of the circulating cooling water and the electromagnetic stirred AZ91D metal to control the enthalpy equilibrium process of alloy melt, semi-solid slurry with thixotropic spherical structure for semi-solid rheoforming was prepared. The semisolid slurry was poured into the metal mold and by die casting, and electromagnetic stirring samples were observed comparatively in microstructure. The results indicate that the temperature of AZ91D alloy melt is decreased to liquid-solid two phase zone to form lots of primary α(Mg) nuclei and uniform distribution in the liquid metal under the condition of enthalpy equilibrium rotating electromagnetic device , which is responsible for the spherical and equiaxed grain in the metal and die casting samples.
