摘要 典型头皮屑是指头皮表面粘着的薄片状瘙痒性皮屑,据不完全统计,全球青春期后一半以上的人群被头皮屑所困扰。关于头皮屑的病因是多因素的,但马拉色菌的定植、皮脂分泌和个体易感性是最重要的3个因素。共生酵母菌马拉色菌的定植对头皮屑的形成有重要作用,但马拉色菌同时存在于健康头皮上,这一点说明该菌不是导致头皮屑形成的惟一原因。
