摘要
在设计锻压零件时,不仅应满足使用性能要求,而且也应具有良好的工艺性能。因此,必须根据所选定的塑性成形方法及所使用的设备和工(模)具的特点,使零件结构合理,符合工艺性要求,以达到生产方便、节约金属、保证质量,提高生产率的目的。文章主要结合锻压件的塑性变形及结构工艺性进行具体地阐述,期望能对金属材料加工的工艺有所帮助。
In the design of forging parts, should not only meet the performance requirements, but also should have good process performance. Therefore, we must according to the selected plastic forming methods and the use of equipment and tools (mould) with the characteristics of reasonable structure, make the parts, in line with the manufacturability requirements, in order to achieve convenient production, saving metal, ensure the quality and improve the productivity of purpose. This paper combined with forging pieces of plastic deformation and molding process for this specific, hoped to metal material processing technology help.
