摘要
关于主观幸福感影响因素的理论和实证研究一直是国内外心理学家关心的热点。回顾近年来的相关研究,对主观幸福感的理论和影响因素的实证研究可以总结出。有关主观幸福感的理论,国内外心理学家先后提出了目标理论、社会比较理论、期望值理论、适应与应对理论、人格与环境交互作用理论;同时,在关于影响主观幸福感因素的实证研究方面,先后提出人格、自尊、早期家庭、生活实践、人际关系等因素,把主观幸福感的影响因素大体分为内在个体因素和外在环境因素。对未来主观幸福感影响因素的进一步研究具有现实意义和理论启发作用。
The theoretical and affecting factors of subjective well - being has been concerned about. About the theory of subjective well -being, Domestic and foreign psychologists have made a goal theo-ry, social comparison theory, the expectations theory, adaptation and response theory, theory of personality and en- vironment interactions; Meanwhile, the empirical research about affecting factors of subjective well - being, Has found that personality, self - esteem, early family life, practice, relationships and other factors, These factors can be divided into internal factors and external environmental factors. This review can be a good starting point and the inspiration for the future research of subjective well - being＇ affecting factors.
