摘要
宿舍文化是校园文化的重要组成部分,对陶冶学生情操、培养健全人格、促进全面发展具有重要意义。本文从加强大学生宿舍文化建设的重要性、当前存在的问题以及研究对策三个方面来论述,以期对当前高校宿舍文化建设,尤其是对提高人才培养质量有所裨益。
Dormitory culture is an important part of the campus culture, it is significant to cultivate sentiments of students, to cultivate a healthy personality, to promote the comprehensive development. This paper discusses from three aspects：the importance of strengthening the construction of campus dormitory, culture, the current problems and countermeasures, with a view of benefiting the current campus dormitory culture construction, especially to improve the quality of talent training.
