摘要
中国的茶文化历史悠久,茶叶作为饮料被人们饮用已有几千年的历史。近年来,随着各式饮料的冲击,茶文化的传承和发展遇到了挑战。作为未来中国发展的新势力,青少年的饮茶情况引起了人们的关注。通过对福州市的大、中、小学生进行关于饮茶行为及对茶文化了解状况的问卷调查,描述了福州市青少年学生的饮茶现状,并对这些调查结果进行了分析且提出了建议,以期对茶文化的传承与发展、"茶为国饮"的实行提供一定的理论参考。
The tea culture in China has a long history,tea as a drink has been drinking for thousands of years.In recent years,with the impact of various beverages, the heritage and development of tea culture has already met challenges. As the new power of China＇s future development, the teenagers＂ current situation of drinking tea has attracted people＇s attention.Based on the questionnaire survey of primary, secondary and university students in Fuzhou for tea drinking behavior and the state of knowledge about tea culture, describes the present situation of drinking tea for teenagers in Fuzhou, analyzes the survey results and gives many suggestions,in order to provide certain theoretical reference for the heritage and development of tea culture and the implementation of ＂Tea for National Drink＂.
